10 Pengguna Media Sosial Teratas Berdasarkan Negara Tahun 2024
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Indonesia menempati peringkat keempat terbanyak di dunia, sekaligus pertama di Asia Tenggara dalam jumlah pengguna media sosial, yakni sebanyak 167 juta pengguna. Di posisi teratas, diduduki oleh Tiongkok yang memiliki 1 miliar jumlah pengguna media sosial, disusul India dengan 467 juta pengguna. Sementara itu, Amerika Serikat berada di peringkat ketiga dengan 246 juta pengguna.
Hal ini berdasarkan data World Population Review 2024, yang memperkirakan setidaknya setengah dari populasi dunia atau 3,9 miliar orang menggunakan media sosial. Tingkat pertumbuhan rata-rata untuk media sosial diperkirakan akan tumbuh sebesar 3,9 persen hingga tahun 2025.
