G-DRAGON Tuai Pujian Atas Kerjasamanya dengan Label Independen Asal Palestina di Lagu Terbarunya
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - G-Dragon merilis single pertamanya dalam tujuh tahun terakhir berjudul Power pada Kamis (31/10) lalu. Kembalinya G-Dragon setelah hiatus disambut antusias para penggemarnya.
Namun selain single-nya, leader grup K-Pop BIGBANG ini juga menerima banyak pujian dari para penggemar dan non-penggemar atas kemitraannya dengan label rekaman independen asal Palestina, EMPIRE.
Power dirilis dari kerja sama antara agensi G-Dragon di Korea, Galaxy Corporation, dan EMPIRE. EMPIRE dimiliki oleh Ghazi Shami (@ghazi), seorang pengusaha Palestina yang selalu aktif menyuarakan pendapatnya tentang krisis kemanusiaan di Gaza.
Banyak orang di media sosial yang memuji keputusan G-Dragon untuk menandatangani kontrak dengan EMPIRE, menyebutkan bahwa dengan itu, ia berbagi visibilitas dan platform dengan seorang Palestina yang vokal. Pilihan ini dianggap dapat meningkatkan perhatian global terhadap krisis yang sedang berlangsung di Gaza.
