Kreasi Resep Puding Cokelat, Camilan Manis di Akhir Pekan

Puding Cheese Oreo Cokelat

Resep kreasi @mengkele dari Cookpad.

Bahan-bahan:

775 ml susu cair

150 gr cream cheese

90 gr gula pasir

1 bungkus agar agar plain (7 gr)

2 cubit garam

1/2 sdt vanilla

10--12 keping oreo utuh

Puding cokelat:

450 ml susu cair

45 gr gula pasir

1/2 bungkus agar-agar (4 gr)

1 sdm cokelat bubuk

40 gr dark chocolate (opsional)

1/2 sdt vanilla

1 cubit garam


Cara membuat:

1. Puding cheese oreo:

Cream cheese dilembutkan terlebih dahulu dengan cara cream cheese dicampur dengan garam, vanilla dan sedikit susu kemudian dipenyet-penyetkan sampai hancur (bisa diblender).

2. Masukkan ke panci cream cheese yang sudah dihancurkan, agar-agar, gula pasir dan susu, aduk rata kemudian masak hingga mendidih.

3.Hancurkan oreo, sisihkan.

4. Setelah mendidih matikan api, biarkan puding hingga tidak panas, masukkan oreo, aduk dikit jangan sampai hancur.

5. Siapkan cetakan, tabur sedikit oreo supaya nanti hasilnya timbul, kemudian tuang puding sedikit saja supaya oreo tidak ngangkat.

6. Tuang semua puding, biarkan ngeset di suhu ruang.

7. Lanjut membuat puding cokelat.

8. Masukkan ke dalam panci gula pasir, cokelat bubuk, agar-agar, susu, garam dan vanila, aduk rata.

9. Nyalakan api, masak hingga panas lalu masukkan cokelat, masak hingga mendidih lalu matikan api.

10. Tunggu hingga tidak panas (hangat-hangat kuku), supaya nempel tusuk-tusuk puding oreo dengan garpu kemudian tuang puding cokelat sedikit demi sedikit supaya tidak jebol.

11. Tunggu keras, masukkan kulkas kemudian sajikan dalam keadaan dingin.


Puding Milo Cokelat

Resep kreasi @pawonpuri dari Cookpad.

Bahan-bahan:

Bahan A:

1,5 bungkus agar-agar plain

120 gr gula pasir

1 sdm tepung maizena

115 gr susu Milo (asli resep 5 sachet/110gr)

1 liter susu UHT full cream

1/4 sdt garam

Bahan B:

1/2 bungkus agar-agar plain

60 gr gula pasir

50 gr dark chocolate compound (me: Colatta Chocobitz Button Compound)

300 ml susu UHT full cream

1/2 sdt pasta cokelat (tambahan)

Cara membuat:

1. Siapkan bahan-bahan, tuang susu milo, gula pasir, tepung maizena, bubuk agar-agar dan garam lalu aduk rata.

2. Tuang susu cair sebanyak 1 liter, lalu aduk-aduk hingga milonya larut. Selanjutnya nyalakan kompor dan masak hingga mendidih. Matikan kompor lalu biarkan hingga uap panas berkurang. (Larutan milo ini memang susah larut, tapi nanti ketika dimasak akan larut).

3. Tuang kedalam loyang 18x18x7, lalu buang gelembung kecil.

4. Layer cokelat: tuang gula pasir, DCC, bubuk agar-agar plain, susu cair, nyalakan kompor, masak hingga mendidih. Dipertengahan di beri pasta cokelat. Tuang dengan bantuan sendok, secara acak, lalu biarkan hingga set. (Posisi dituang agar-agar milonya belum set, masih cair). Ditambah pasta cokelat, supaya warnanya lebih dark.

5. Sisir pinggir loyang dengan pisau plastik, lalu balik sambil ketuk-ketuk loyangnya. Iris sesuai selera dan sajikan.
