Tumis Kangkung Terasi
Bahan-bahan:
- 1 ikat kangkung
- 8 cabai merah keriting
- 5 cabai rawit
- 5 siung bawang merah
- 4 siung bawang putih
- 1 buah tomat
- 1 terasi
- 2 sendok saus tiram
- Secukupnya garam
- Secukupnya gula
- Secukupnya penyedap rasa
- Secukupnya minyak untuk menumis
Cara membuat:
1. Bersihkan kangkung, potong,cuci dan tiriskan.
2. Iris tipis bawang putih,bawang merah, cabai, tomat, daun bawang.
3. Bakar terasi hingga harum, iris hingga hancur.
4. Mulai menumis:
- Panaskan minyak secukupnya
- Masukkan irisan bawang putih dan bawang merah terlebih dahulu, tumis hingga harum
- Masukkan daun bawang dan irisan cabai, tumis lagi hingga layu
- Masukkan tomat yg sudah diiris dan terasi yang sudah dihancurkan, tumis lagi hingga layu dan matang
- Masukkan kangkung dan aduk sampai merata dengan bumbu yang ditumis tadi
- Tips agar kangkung tetap hijau: masukkan sedikit garam dan tumis lagi hingga rata, kemudian tutup dengan tutup panci sebentar.
5. Tutup kira-kira 1 menit saja karena memasak kangkung tidak perlu lama-lama agar kangkung tetap segar dan tidak luntur.
6. Masukkan garam, gula dan penyedap rasa secukupnya.
7. Koreksi rasa dan siap disajikan. Selamat mencoba.
