KCIC Offers 20 Percent Discount on Whoosh High-Speed Train Tickets for Group Bookings

SEAToday.com, Jakarta – PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) is offering a discount promotion of up to 20 percent on Whoosh high-speed train tickets. This promotion applies to groups of at least 20 people who choose to travel in Premium Economy class.

Tickets can be booked through WhatsApp service at the number 0813-4000-2920 on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM WIB. Customers simply need to provide details of their trip, such as date, route, time, and number of passengers.

"After availability is checked, the KCIC team will arrange group seating, and at the same time, the customer will be asked to provide passenger details. For convenience, payments can be made via bank transfer or debit at the Halim Station counter," said KCIC's General Manager of Corporate Secretary, Eva Chairunisa, in an official statement in Jakarta on Tuesday (7/1).

In addition to the affordable fares, KCIC offers several benefits, including hassle-free booking, close group seating arrangements, dedicated staff assistance, and a more comfortable experience.

Throughout 2024, KCIC served more than 2,700 groups, totaling 220,000 passengers, including corporate, school, government, and general public groups. One of the largest bookings came from a financial company, which booked tickets for 3,000 passengers for a company gathering.

On average, 50 groups contact KCIC's WhatsApp service daily for information and bookings. This discount program is a way for KCIC to appreciate customers who continue to support the Whoosh High-Speed Train as a preferred mode of transportation.

"This 20 percent group ticket discount service is our commitment to providing a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable travel experience, especially for group passengers. We hope this program will be utilized by more people to experience the advantages of Whoosh High-Speed Train," Eva concluded.
