Film Horor Thailand Pee Mak Akan Diadaptasi dan Dibuat Ulang di Indonesia dengan Judul Kang Mak
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Film horor komedi populer asal Thailand, “Pee Mak” (2013), akan digarap ulang versi Indonesia dengan judul “Kang Mak”. Hal ini berdasarkan keterangan resmi produser “Kang Mak” Frederika, Rabu (31/1).
Film “Kang Mak” yang disutradarai oleh Herwin Novianto, mengusung genre horor komedi berbalut romansa. Film tersebut dibintangi Vino G. Bastian dan Marsha Timothy sebagai pemeran utama yang memerankan Mak dan Nak, suami istri yang harus terpisah di tengah peperangan abad ke-19.
Sementara itu, “Pee Mak” yang dibintangi oleh Mario Maurer dan Davika Hoorne sendiri meraih sukses besar hingga kancah internasional. Film tersebut mencetak box office lebih dari 1 miliar baht, serta tercatat sebagai film Thailand terlaris sepanjang masa.
