SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Tahukah kamu kalau Indonesia menjadi negara teratas dengan waktu bangun tidur paling awal di Asia? Berdasarkan data World Population Review, masyarakat Indonesia tercatat memiliki rata-rata waktu bangun tidur pukul 6.55 pagi.
Catatan ini menjadikan Indonesia berada di urutan pertama dengan waktu bangun tidur paling pagi di Asia, melewati Jepang di urutan kedua dengan rata-rata bangun pukul 7.09 pagi, dan Thailand di urutan ketiga dengan bangun pukul 7.28 pagi.
Jika dibandingkan dengan dunia, Indonesia berada di posisi keempat. Sementara posisi pertama diduduki oleh Afrika Selatan, yang memiliki rata-rata waktu bangun tidur pukul 6.24 pagi.
