5 Masakan Khas Natal dari Indonesia: Ayam Rica-rica hingga Ikan Arsik

1.Ayam Rica-rica
Ayam rica-rica menjadi salah satu makanan olahan ayam yang cukup populer di Indonesia. Masakan ini berasal dari Sulawesi Utara tepatnya di Kota Manado. Ayam rica-rica ini dikenal dengan rasa yang pedas. Memang makan ayam rica-rica cocok disajikan dengan nasi putih yang hangat.
2.Ayam Budu-budu
Ayam budu-budu mungkin tak sepopuler ayam rica-rica. Ayam budu-budu merupakan makanan khas Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Bahan dasar makanan ini adalah ayam kampung.
Ayam budu-budu memiliki cita rasa yang otentik karena dicampur dengan bumbu khas rempah-rempah yang diolah dengan jeruk nipis sehingga menjadi segar. Ayam budu-budu sering dimakan oleh umat yang merayakan Natal di Makassar.
3.Ikan Kuah Kuning
Masih di kawasan timur Indonesia tepatnya di Maluku dan Papua, makanan khas yang sering ada saat Natal adalah ikan kuah kuning. Ikan yang disajikan berupa tongkok atau tuna. Kemudian ikan dicampurkan dengan kuah kuning yang merupakan campuran dari bawang merah, bawang putih, kemiri, dan kunyit.
4.Ikan Arsik
Ikan arsik juga menjadi hidangan yang sering dimakan suku Batak saat Natal. Ikan Arsik berasal dari Sumatera Barat. Ikan arsik berasal dari ikan mas yang diolah dengan bumbu khas dari Sumatera Utara sehingga rasanya menjadi gurih dan lezat.
5.Selat Solo
Selat Solo berasal dari Solo, Jawa Tengah. Hidangan ini memang memiliki nama mirip makanan dari luar negeri. Selat Solo jadi makanan khas orang Solo saat merayakan Natal dengan keluarga.
Selat solo terdiri dari daging sapi yang direbus dengan kuah yang dicampur bawang putih, cuka, dan kecap manis. Selat solo juga dicampur dengan kentang sehingga tak perlu dicampur nasi karena sudah mengenyangkan.
