SEAToday.com, Jakarta - PT KA Pariwisata (KAI Wisata) mengembangkan inovasi digital untuk memberi kemudahan pelanggan dengan menghadirkan layanan e-Porter.
Layanan e-Porter melalui aplikasi Access by KAI hadir di 14 stasiun, yaitu stasiun besar di sepanjang lintasan utara dari Gambir (Jakarta) hingga Gubeng (Surabaya), dan lintasan selatan dari Pasar Senen (Jakarta) hingga Stasiun Malang.
Layanan ini dirancang untuk memudahkan penumpang dalam membawa barang dengan bantuan porter stasiun.
"Aplikasi e-Porter hadir untuk penumpang kereta api untuk memudahkan dan bikin enteng tanpa repot membawa barang dari dan menuju kereta," kata Direktur Utama KAI Wisata Hendy Helmi.
Layanan e-Porter ini dibanderol seharga Rp38.000 untuk satu kali pemesanan dan akan diberlakukan sama rata untuk 14 stasiun.
Saat ini, terdapat sekitar 1.376 porter yang tersebar di 14 stasiun dan siap melayani para penumpang. Penumpang pun dapat memanfaatkan layanan ini saat akan naik menuju kereta tujuan dan akan turun dari kereta.
“Kehadiran aplikasi e-Porter ini akan sangat membantu pelanggan penumpang kereta api dalam perjalanan di stasiun untuk membantu membawa barang, tanpa harus repot mikir berat dan repot membawa barang," kata dia.
Layanan e-Porter ini rencananya dapat digunakan oleh penumpang pada akhir tahun 2024. Dengan adanya layanan ini, penumpang pun dapat lebih mudah dalam melakukan pemesanan layanan hanya dalam satu genggaman.
"Para penumpang kereta api diharapkan ke depannya sudah mulai membiasakan pemesanan porter melalui aplikasi e-Porter atau Access by KAI agar semakin mudah memesan porter cukup dalam satu genggaman tangan,” saran Hendy.
