Kawah Ijen Kembali Dibuka 8 September 2024, Simak Aturan Kunjungannya
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Kawah Ijen kembali dibuka mulai Minggu, 8 September 2024. Destinasi populer yang terletak di Kabupaten Bondowoso dan Kabupaten Banyuwangi ini sebelumnya ditutup untuk kunjungan wisatawan pada 12 Juli 2024.
"Dalam rangka meningkatkan edukasi dan multiplayer efek bagi peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar kawasan TWA Kawah Ijen, maka pada kawasan Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Kawah Ijen terhitung mulai tanggal 8 September 2024 dibuka untuk kegiatan wisata alam, pendakian, dan penelitian untuk umum," demikian bunyi Surat Edaran yang ditandatangani Kepala Balai Besar Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Jawa Timur (BB KSDA) Nur Patria Kurniawan, 6 September 2024.
Dalam Surat Edaran tersebut juga disampaikan bahwa kegiatan di atas dilakukan dengan mengikuti ketentuan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang berlaku, mulai dari mempersiapkan peralaran keamanan pendakian dasar (senter, masker, pakaian anti-dingin), serta mengikuti protokol yang berlaku.
Pemesanan tiket masuk dapat diakses secara online melalui laman tiket.bbksdajatim.org. Menurut keterangan dalam unggahan Instagram resmi BB KSDA Jawa Timur @bbksda_jatim_official, selain tiket masuk, diwajibkan pula untuk menyiapkan surat sehat sebelum berangkat. Disampaikan pula wisatawan untuk selalu mematuhi aturan berkunjung ke Kawah Ijen.
"Dilarang membuang sampah dalam kawasan dan WAJIB membawa turun kembali sampah bawannya. Dilarang membuat api unggun dan perapian di dalam kawasan yang dapat menimbulkan kebakaran hutan," demikian bunyi unggahan tersebut.
