Indonesia Punya Ketupat dan Opor Ayam, Ini 5 Kuliner Khas Lebaran di Luar Negeri
SEAToday.com, India – Beberapa negara di luar negeri memiliki kuliner lebaran yang khas. Sebut saja di India, Somalia, Turki, dan beberapa negara lain. Jika ketupat dan opor ayam jadi makanan khas lebaran di Indonesia, apa saja kuliner lebaran di negara-negara tersebut ya?
1. India
India memiliki makanan lebaran bernama sheer khurma. Makanan ini berbentuk krim berwarna putih yang terbuat dari susu . Di dalam kuah krim terdapat isian yang cukup mengenyangkan karena ada mie atau bihun, kurma kering, hingga kacang almond.
Sheer khurma mengandung kunyit, kelapa, kacang-kacangan, dan buah-buahan kering serta bumbu air mawar dan kapulaga. Makanan ini memiliki rasa manis. Ternyata sheer khurma tidak hanya ada di India karena warga muslim di negara tetangga seperti Pakistan dan Bangladesh juga menyajikan makanan tersebut saat lebaran.
2. Afghanistan
Di negara Islam Afghanistan memiliki kuliner yang khas yakni roti pipih bernama bolani. Bolani memiliki campuran dari kentang, daun ketumbar, labu, paprika hijau, dan daun bawang. Mencicipi bolani akan disajikan dengan secangkir teh hangat membuat suasana silaturahmi bertambah nikmat.
3. Somalia
Somalia di Afrika memiliki makanan khas lebaran yakni cambaabur. Sekilas makanan ini mirip dengan roti canai India. Jika roti canai di India memiliki rasa gurih, cambaabur rasanya manis karena dicampur dengan yoga dan yoghurt. Warga muslim makan cambaabur untuk sarapan sebelum melaksanakan Salat Id.
4. Turki
Makanan khas lebaran di Turki berbeda lagi. Di negara eropa yang warganya banyak beragama Islam terdapat kuliner bernama baklava. Baklava sejenis kue kering yang diberi selai pada bagian tengahnya. Selai ini terbuat dari kacang walnut yang dicincang lalu dimasukkan ke adonan roti.
5. Yaman
Kembali ke kawasan Asia, di Yaman terdapat kuliner lebaran bernama aseeda. Aseeda sejenis bubur yang biasanya muncul pada perayaan hari besar di Yaman termasuk Idul Fitri. Aseeda menjadi makanan populer di Yaman.
Bubur aseeda terbuat dari tepung gandum, gula, madu, dan minyak zaitun. Aseeda dimakan dalam keadaan hangat. Bagian tengah bubur berbentuk bulat dan ditambahkan gula untuk sedikit penambah rasa manis.
