Dendeng Balado

Resep kreasi imasdhapin dari Cookpad.

Bahan-bahan:

500 gr daging sapi has dalam

2 cm jahe (geprek)

2 cm lengkuas (geprek)

5 lembar daun jeruk

1 batang sereh

3 lembar daun salam

3 buah asam kandis

Secukupnya air

Bumbu halus:

5 siung bawang merah

3 siung bawang putih

5 butir kemiri

15 cabai merah besar

2 buah tomat merah

Secukupnya minyak, garam, lada bubuk, dan penyedap rasa

Cara membuat:

  1. Siapkan daging kemudian iris tipis dan balur dengan asam kadis dan bawang putih cincang kemudian rebus hingga matang setelah daging matang pipihkan.
  2. Haluskan bumbu halus kemudian tumis masukan salam, sereh, lengkuas, jahe dan daun jeruk hingga harum. masukan daging dan beri sedikit air. Beri garam, lada dan penyedap rasa kemudian tes rasa.
  3. Dendeng balado siap disajikan dengan nasi panas.

Tongseng Sapi Simpel

Resep kreasi sellatiana dari Cookpad.

Bahan-bahan:

500 gr daging sapi, potong dadu

5 cm lengkuas

5 cm jahe

1 batang serai

2 lembar daun salam

3 lembar daun jeruk

1/2 pcs kembang kol

10 pcs cabai rawit srigala

1 buah tomat

2 batang daun bawang

5 sdm kecap

1/2 bungkus bumbu kari

1 sdt garam

2 sdt kaldu jamur

1/2 sdt lada halus

Bumbu halus:

8 siung bawang merah

4 siung bawang putih

3 pcs kemiri

1 sdt kunyit bubuk

Secukupnya air

Cara membuat:

  1. Panaskan wajan, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
  2. Masukkan serai, lengkuas, jahe, daun salam dan daun jeruk.
  3. Masukkan daging, masak hingga berubah warna.
  4. Tambahkan air, cabai rawit, kecap, bumbu kari, kaldu jamur, lada, garam.
  5. Masak dengan api kecil hingga bumbu meresap dan daging matang.
  6. Masukkan kembang kol, tomat dan daun bawang, masak sebentar.
  7. Tongseng sapi simple siap disajikan.

Bakso Sapi

Resep kreasi valentinare dari Cookpad.

Bahan-bahan:

500 gr daging sapi

5 siung bawang merah, iris, goreng

5 siung bawang putih, iris, goreng

2 siung bawang putih cincang

100 gram tapioka

1 sdt baking powder

1 sdt merica

2 sdt garam

100 gram tulang sumsum/ tulang iga

100 gram es

2 butir telur, ambil putihnya saja

200 gram es untuk rendam rebusan bakso

Bumbu kuah:

3 siung bawang putih

4 butir kemiri

5 cm daun bawang

Pelengkap:

Soun

Seledri

Bawang merah goreng

Cabai rawit

Mie kuning

Cara membuat:

  1. Rebus tulang dan 1,5 liter air selama 1 jam, matikan api.
  2. Blender daging hingga halus, lalu masukkan bawang merah putih goreng, garam, baking powder, merica, dan putih telur.
  3. Cetak bulat-bulat adonan, lalu masukkan ke dalam air panas rebusan tulang tadi.
  4. Jika bakso mengapung segera angkat dan masukkan ke dalam air es. Tiriskan.
  5. Kuah: Goreng kemiri, bawang putih lalu blender dan goreng dengan sedikit minyak hingga kecokelatan. Masukkan ke dalam air rebusan tulang tadi.
  6. Masukkan bakso dan sajikan bersama pelengkap lainnya.
