3 Resep Kreasi Tongseng, Sajian Olahan Daging Kurban

1. Tongseng Sapi Simpel

Bahan-bahan:

200 gr daging sapi

1/2 bungkus bumbu gulai indofood

1 lembar daun salam

1 iris lengkuas

2 sdm kecap manis (tingkat manis sesuai selera)

65 ml santan kara

200 ml air

Secukupnya garam (sesuai selera, bumbu instan udh cukup asin)

Secukupnya minyak goreng untuk menumis

Cara membuat:

  1. Daging direbus dulu. Setelah matang, potong-potong, Siapkan bahan-bahan lainnya.
  2. Panaskan minyak goreng. Tumis bumbu gulai sampai wangi. Kemudian masukkan dagingnya, campur rata.
  3. Tambahkan air, santan, daun salam, lengkuas, garam, kecap manis. Masak sampai mendidih.
  4. Tambahkan daun kol iris, cabai rawit, dan tomat, masak sampai kol layu. Cek rasa. Sajikan.


2. Tongseng Daging Sapi (Tanpa Santan)

Bahan-bahan:

250 gr daging sapi, potong kecil

5 lembar kol, potong-potong

1 buah tomat, potong kecil

6 buah cabai rawit, iris tipis (boleh lebih jika suka pedas)

7 buah cabai rawit utuh

1 sdt garam (sesuai selera)

2 sdt gula pasir (sesuai selera)

1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk

3 sdm kecap manis

500 ml air

Secukupnya minyak goreng

Bumbu halus:

5 siung bawang merah

3 siung bawang putih

3 buah cabai merah keriting

2 butir kemiri

1/2 sdt ketumbar bubuk (opsional)

1/2 sdt lada bubuk

1/2 sdt kunyit bubuk

1 ruas jari jahe

Bumbu rempah:

2 lembar daun salam

3 lembar daun jeruk

1 ruas jari lengkuas, geprek

Cara membuat:

  1. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus dan bumbu rempah sampai harum dan bumbu benar-benar matang. Kemudian masukkan daging, bumbui garam dan gula pasir, aduk rata. Pemakaian ketumbar di bumbu halus opsional.
  2. Setelah daging berubah warna, tambahkan air, masak sampai mendidih. Setelah mendidih, masukkan kecap manis. Masak sampai daging empuk sambil ditutup.
  3. Setelah daging empuk, masukkan kol, tomat dan cabai rawit iris dan rawit utuh, aduk rata. Jangan lupa koreksi rasa, matikan api.
  4. Sajikan dengan nasi panas.


3. Tongseng Sapi dan Labu Siam

Resep kreasi @ibuoki dari Cookpad.

Bahan-bahan:

200 gram daging sapi potong kecil atau sedang

1 buah labu siam (bisa diganti dengan kol)

1 buah tomat, potong kecil

3 buah cabai rawit utuh atau sesuai selera

1 batang serai geprek

1 ruas kecil lengkuas geprek

2 lembar daun salam

1 lembar daun jeruk

1 batang daun bawang, potong kecil

Sedikit santan

Sedikit kecap manis

3 sdm minyak goreng

600 ml air

Bumbu halus :

5 siung bawang merah

3 siung bawang putih

2 butir kemiri sangrai

1 sdt ketumbar

1 ruas kecil kunyit

1 ruas kecil jahe

Seasoning:

1 sdt garam

1 sdt penyedap rasa sapi

1 1/2 sdt gula pasir

Cara membuat:

  1. Haluskan bumbu halus, boleh diulek atau diblender. Jika diblender, tambahkan sedikit air agar lebih mudah dihaluskan.
  2. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bumbu halus lalu aduk rata hingga harum.
  3. Sambil menumis, masukkan serai, lengkuas, daun salam, dan daun jeruk. Aduk kembali hingga bumbu tanak atau wangi.
  4. Masukkan daging sapi, aduk hingga daging berubah warna.
  5. Masukkan air, aduk sebentar, tutup wajan dan masak hingga daging mulai empuk.
  6. Setelah daging cukup empuk (sekitar 20 menit) masukkan seasoning, aduk kembali.
  7. Tambahkan labu siam, masak hingga labu matang.
  8. Masukkan kecap manis dan santan, aduk rata.
  9. Tambahkan tomat, daun bawang, cabai rawit, masak sebentar hingga matang.
  10. Jangan lupa tes rasa sebelum disajikan.
  11. Tongseng sapi labu siam siap dihidangkan. Taburi dengan bawang goreng dan santap selagi hangat bersama nasi.
