Nova Liana Tampil Memukau dalam Balutan “The Royal Flavors of Payakumbuah” di Miss Grand International 2024
SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Miss Grand Indonesia 2024 Nova Liana (@valdeznova) tampil memukau di ajang Miss Grand International 2024 yang digelar di Kamboja dan Thailand pada 3-25 Oktober 2024. Nova Liana mewakili Indonesia dalam sesi penilaian National Costume Competition dengan mengenakan kostum bertemakan “The Royal Flavors of Payakumbuah”, Minggu (20/10).
Baju yang di desain oleh desainer asal Banyuwangi Annisa Febby (@annisabanyuwangi) tersebut terinspirasi dari makanan Padang dengan beragam hidangan lezatnya. Kostum itu menampilkan berbagai masakan Padang yang dibawa di atas nampan besar. Annisa mengaku membutuhkan waktu tiga minggu untuk merancang dan membuat baju tersebut.
Founder Yayasan Dunia Mega Bintang yang memegang lisensi Miss Grand Indonesia, Ivan Gunawan, Selasa (22/10) mengatakan bahwa desain kostum itu adalah gambaran terhadap kebanggaan budaya Indonesia dan kecintaan mendalam terhadap makanan khas Indonesia yang disatukan secara sempurna dalam sebuah desain kostum.
