Selain Nyalakan Kembang Api, Berikut Tradisi Tahun Baru di Indonesia
SEAToday.com, Jakarta – Menyalakan kembang api adalah salah satu tradisi yang selalu ada di Indonesia saat momen tahun baru. Sebenarnya masih ada beberapa tradisi lainnya di Indonesia untuk menyambut pergantian tahun.
1.Badendang Rotan
Bandendang Rotan merupakan tradisi yang biasa dilakukan masyarakat di Maluku Tengah saat tahun baru. Tradisi ini sudah dilakukan sejak puluhan tahun yang lalu. Badendang rotan dilakukan setiap tanggal 1 Januari pada sore hari.
Perayaan ini mirip dengan tarik tambang namun tak menggunakan tambang melainkan anyaman atau rotan. Tujuan diadakan tradisi ini untuk meningkatkan solidaritas antar warga di sana.
2.Menerbangkan Lampion
Menerbangkan lampion ternyata tidak hanya dilakukan saat Hari Waisak. Di Candi Borobudur Magelang, Jawa Tengah menerbangkan atau melepaskan lampion dilakukan setiap tahun baru sebagai simbol harapan baru.
Lampion-lampion diterbangan ke atas sembari mengucap doa supaya tahun depan lebih baik dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Peristiwa ini akan menjadi salah satu hal indah di tahun baru.
3.Festival Budaya
Di Bali ada festival yang bernama Denpasar Festival. Festival ini terdiri dari pameran budaya, pertunjukkan seni tradisional, hingga kuliner. Banyak sekali makanan khas Bali yang disajikan salah satunya nasi campur dan beberapa makanan lain.
4.Pawai Kesenian Rakyat
Bergeser ke Sulawesi Selatan tepatnya di Kbaupaten Toraja. Di Toraja ada pawai kesenian rakyat yang bernama Ma Berattung. Pawai kesenian rakyat diadakan tiap tahun baru untuk menunjukkan kekayaan seni budaya Toraja.
Di Toraja juga terdapat acara Getaran Sukma Suci yang menyajikan festival kopi, kuliner, dan tentunya budaya khas Toraja. Bagi wisatawan yang sedang di Toraja sangat cocok untuk hadir di acara tersebut.
5.Pertunjukan Wayang Kulit
Di Solo, Jawa Tengah saat malam pergantian tahun banyak warga yang memilih untuk menyaksikan kesenian tradisional salah satunya wayang kulit. Selain wayang kulit juga ada pertunjukan tarian yang menampilkan kebudayaan khas Jawa Tengah.
