SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Selama bulan Ramadhan, waktu tidur umat Muslim biasanya berubah karena harus bangun lebih awal untuk sahur dan melaksanakan kegiatan ibadah hingga malam hari.
Hermawan Saputra selaku Ketua Umum Terpilih PP Ikatan Ahli Kesehatan Masyarakat Indonesia (IAKMI) membagikan empat cara untuk mengembalikan pola tidur yang normal.
Berikut empat kiat tersebut seperti dilansir dari Antara:
Lakukan relaksasi
Hermawan mengemukakan, selama tiga sampai lima hari cobalah melakukan relaksasi untuk mengembalikan pola tidur.
"Kalaupun terjadi gangguan tidur karena pola tidur yang kurang pas, hal itu bisa disiasati dengan gizi dan relaksasi dalam waktu tiga sampai lima hari," ujarnya.
Biasakan tidur lebih awal
Kiat kedua, ia menyarankan untuk beristirahat lebih awal secara bertahap. Bagi orang yang terbiasa tidur tengah malam, disarankan mulai istirahat sekitar pukul delapan atau sembilan apabila tidak ada kepentingan untuk begadang.
Biasakan bangun pagi
Menurut Hermawan, membiasakan diri bangun pagi dapat membantu memulihkan pola tidur ke kondisi normal. Orang Muslim yang biasa bangun pukul 04.00 atau 05.00 pagi untuk shalat subuh punya semacam alarm alami untuk bangun pada waktu-waktu tersebut.
Penuhi kebutuhan nutrisi dan kelola stress
Pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi dan pengelolaan stres merupakan cara untuk memudahkan upaya untuk memulihkan pola tidur yang sempat berubah selama bulan puasa.
Menurutnya, kalau badan kita menerima nutrisi dengan baik, pola pikirnya juga baik. Pola pikir yang baik tersebut berarti kita tidak dalam keadaan stres dan hal itu biasanya akan cepat untuk kembali tidur yang berkualitas dan normal.
