SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Penyanyi Ruth Sahanaya mengatakan, kiat untuk dapat mengatasi gangguan insomnia adalah dengan menerapkan pola hidup yang lebih sehat.
Melansir ANTARA, Ruth mengaku bahwa olahraga rutin dapat membuat tidur lebih mudah pada malam hari. Selain itu, dirinya juga selalu mengonsumsi makanan sehat.
Wanita yang biasa disapa Uthe itu mulai membiasakan diri dengan berolahraga di pusat kebugaran bersama pelatih khusus. Selain itu, ia sangat memperhatikan kesehatan sehingga selalu menjaga menu makannya.
“Kalau untuk makanan saya berusaha untuk hidup sehat. Hanya satu itu saja kelemahan saya, begadang," kata Ruth kepada ANTARA.
Ruth mengatakan bahwa sebelumnya ia pernah tidur pada jam 04.00 pagi. Namun, saat ini ia mulai sadar dan mengubah kebiasaan buruknya tersebut.
"Saya kadang-kadang jam 04.00 pagi baru bisa tidur, suami saya baru bangun, saya baru tidur," kata Ruth.
"Sekarang sudah mulai lebih cepat tidurnya," tambahnya.
Perempuan yang sudah empat dekade berkiprah di industri musik itu akan merayakan pencapaiannya dengan konser tunggal bertajuk "40 Tahun SIMFONI DARI HATI” pada 22 Juni 2024 di Jakarta Convention Center.
