SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Balai Taman Nasional Gunung Rinjani (TNGR) menetapkan aturan perizinan dan pengenaan tarif penggunaan pesawat udara kecil tanpa awak atau drone bagi setiap wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Gunung Rinjani.
Balai TNGR menerbitkan pengumuman terkait prosedur penggunaan drone di kawasan TNGR yang diunggah melalui akun Instagram resmi, @bt_rn_rinjani, Selasa (17/9/2024).
Pengumuman tersebut menyikapi kondisi di lapangan karena terdapat animo pengunjung yang cukup tinggi dalam penggunaan drone di dalam kawasan Taman Nasional Gunung Rinjani.
Aktivitas penggunaan dan pengambilan gambar menggunakan drone untuk tujuan snapshot komersil wajib melalui mekanisme perizinan dan dikenakan pungutan Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 12 Tahun 2014.
Dilansir dari ANTARA, Kepala Sub Bagian Tata Usaha Balai TNGR Teguh Rianto mengatakan bahwa Balai TNGR baru menerapkan aturan itu sekarang karena aturan pemerintah pusat baru ada beberapa waktu ini untuk seluruh taman nasional di Indonesia.
Dalam PP Nomor 12 Tahun 2014 tersebut tertulis snapshot film komersial untuk kategori video komersil dikenakan tarif Rp10 juta per paket, pengambilan gambar melalui handycam senilai Rp1 juta per paket, dan pengambilan foto sebesar Rp250 ribu per paket.
Aturan ini pun berlaku untuk semua lokasi yang berada di dalam kawasan Taman Nasional Gunung Rinjani.
"Catatan hanya di destinasi wisata, di luar itu karena bukan zona pemanfaatan tidak bisa. Kalau pun drone untuk di luar destinasi wisata itu hanya untuk penelitian," ujarnya.
Namun, tidak semua wisatawan yang membawa drone ke destinasi wisata wajib membayar pungutan PNBP. Hal ini karena tergantung dengan tujuan penggunaan drone tersebut.
Setiap pengunjung yang membawa drone wajib izin dan permisi terlebih dulu, karena mengingat Gunung Rinjani awalnya merupakan kawasan konservasi.
Gunung Rinjani sendiri memiliki enam jalur pendakian dan 21 destinasi non-pendakian yang menjangkau empat kabupaten di Pulau Lombok, yakni Lombok Utara, Lombok Timur, Lombok Tengah, dan Lombok Barat.
Destinasi non-pendakian terbanyak berada di seksi konservasi wilayah II Lombok Timur dengan jumlah 19 titik destinasi.
