Klepon adalah penganan kukus yang terbuat dari tepung ketan yang dibulatkan. Camilan ini lantas diisi gula merah dan diguling-gulingkan pada kelapa parut.

Klepon Ubi Ungu

Bahan-bahan:

250 gr ubi ungu

100 gr tepung ketan

Secukupnya gula merah, sisir

100 ml air

1/2 buah kelapa muda parut

Sejumput garam

1 lembar daun pandan

Cara membuat:

  1. Campur kelapa muda parut dengan garam, kukus selama 10 menit. Lalu kukus ubi ungu hingga empuk. Angkat dan haluskan.
  2. Campur ubi dengan tepung ketan tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit hingga bisa dipulung. Bila dirasa kurang boleh ditambah sedikit.
  3. Panaskan air, rebus adonan hingga mengambang,diamkan sesaat. Angkat lalu balut dengan kelapa. Siap disajikan.
