SEAToday.com, Seoul-On December 5, BIGHIT Music released an official notification regarding plans to enlist in the military for four BTS members: RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. In the statement, the four BTS members will not register simultaneously.

RM and V will enlist in the military according to their respective procedures and schedules, while Jimin and Jungkook are scheduled to enlist together at a different time than RM and V.

BIGHIT has not announced the schedule for each member to enter the military. However, the agency emphasized that there would be no official event when the four members entered their first day of military service. The military opening ceremony will only be attended by military units and their families. Fans are advised not to visit military service locations to prevent crowds.

Last November, BIGHIT Music announced that RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook were preparing for military service. There were also reports that RM and V would register at the recruitment training center on December 11, while Jimin and Jungkook would register together the following day on December 12, BIGHIT Music commented that they could not confirm these reports.
