SEAToday.com, Seoul - G-Dragon, soloist and leader of the K-pop boy group BIGBANG, is set to make a comeback with the release of his third solo album, "Ubermensch," later this month.
Through his official Instagram account, G-Dragon uploaded a teaser video confirming the album's release on February 25, 2025.
Quoting a Yonhap report on Tuesday, his agency, Galaxy Corporation, stated that the album title "Ubermensch" was inspired by Friedrich Nietzsche's philosophy, which describes an ideal individual capable of transcending traditional values and social limitations.
With this album, the South Korean singer-songwriter aims to showcase a stronger and more resilient side of himself, reflecting his personal journey in overcoming challenges.
This album also marks G-Dragon's first LP in 11 years, following the release of "COUP D'ETAT" in September 2013.
Previously, at the end of last year, G-Dragon released two singles, "Power" and "Home Sweet Home," both of which dominated local music charts. These songs further solidified his presence in the music industry and proved his lasting influence.
