DAMRI Opens Bandung-Yogyakarta Route, Tickets Start IDR 190,000

SEAToday.com, Jakarta - DAMRI presents a new service route Bandung-Yogyakarta round-trip (PP). This route is offered at an affordable fare.

This new route service is presented as part of the company's efforts in realizing land transportation services with national connectivity.

DAMRI Head of Corporate Communication Atikah Abdullah said the Bandung-Yogyakarta route is part of the improvement of state-owned enterprises engaged in land transportation services.

“The presence of this service is our commitment in providing transportation services that connect the two cities that are famous for their diverse natural and culinary attractions,” she said.

The bus provides Business class services with a fare of IDR 190,000 and safe and comfortable fleet facilities equipped with toilets, air conditioning, electrical sockets, and CCTV.

In addition to the Business class, there is also a Royal class for IDR 285,000 which has additional services such as blankets, snacks, one-time heavy meals, mini pantry, and wifi.

The departure schedule from Bandung can be from DAMRI Gedebage Station at 01.00 p.m for the Royal class and 03.00 p.m for the Business class.

There is also a departure point from DAMRI Kebon Kawung Station at 02.00 p.m for Royal class and 05.00 p.m for Business class.

Meanwhile, the departure point from Yogyakarta is served from DAMRI Yogyakarta Station at 02.00 p.m for Royal class and 05.00 p.m for Business class.

With the opening of the Bandung-Yogyakarta route, the bus also serves the destinations of other cities that the bus passes through during the trip.

“So customers can also travel to and from Cirebon and Semarang,” said Atikah.

Ticket reservations for the Bandung-Yogyakarta route can be made online through DAMRI Apps and on the spot at the departure point with cashless transactions via QRIS, e-Money, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
