SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Sony Pictures has dropped the first trailer for “Venom: The Last Dance”, marking the return of the antihero duo Eddie Brock and Venom for their final adventure. Tom Hardy reprises his roles as investigative journalist Eddie Brock and the brain-eating symbiote, Venom. The video description hints at the pair being on the run, "hunted by both their worlds", forcing them to conclude their saga.

Joining Hardy in the cast are Chiwetel Ejiofor, Juno Temple, Rhys Ifans, and Peggy Lu. Kelly Marcel, who penned the scripts for the previous two movies, will make her directorial debut with this third installment. Hardy is also credited alongside Marcel as a writer.

Sony Motion Picture Group chairman Tom Rothman has confirmed that this will be the final movie in the series. "Venom: The Last Dance" is slated for release on October 25, 2024.
